The restaurant is one of the most beautiful areas of the coutryside around Pistoia and is surrounded by quiet green fields.

It is an ideal place for families to relax due to its peaceful surrounding, and its grassy areas where children can play safely.

It also has an ample car park.

All this makes it ideal for any kind of ceremonyand business meeting.

The premise have a large hall which can hold up to 70 people in winter and a large consrvatory next to the restaurantwhich can house more than 150 in summer.


























The restaurant has been run by the Cecchi family since 1936, when Granma Lina bought it.

Even then the place was a meeting point for Pistoian people on country trips and was renowed for its snacks of chine of pork in oil, ham, fried little fishes and little frogs.

These were served whith bread and schiacciata (flat loaf) made in the old family bakery next to the restaurant.




























Nowadays, the restaurant is run by the third generation, who has updated its cuisine without renouncing the old local tradition.

We offer all the specialities of the Tuscan cuisine, especially those from Pistoia, and we prepare our dishes with all care of homemade cooking.

Our pasta - ravioli, tagliolini, lasagne, pappardelle,  Pistoian maccheroni - is all hand made.

Game and meat are cooked in the brick oven or grilled.

O request fish is also available.

All our cakes are home made.





























A wide selection of local wines from the Vinci hills ia available in our cellar but more demanding guests we always have a.... specila bottle o our menu.




Since 1990s our restaurant has also offered its clients the possibility of tasting an excellent brick-oven pizza.
