- 30/08/2025: I returned yesterday after a couple of years to celebrate the birthday of a dear family friend, and I can confirm the excellent food and quality of the ingredients, as well as the location (lunch on the terrace overlooking Civita), and the courtesy of the staff and managers. Personally, I found everything a bit too salty and over-seasoned, but that's because I tend to use very little salt and oil when I cook, so it's understandable. Everything was tasty, and I personally complimented the tomato bruschetta, which was well-seasoned and at room temperature rather than cold from the refrigerator. Congratulations!
